Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient documentation and electronic health records (EHR) management
- Conduct telehealth screenings and preliminary patient assessments
- Coordinate patient care plans and appointment scheduling
- Prepare and maintain medical supplies and inventory
- Facilitate secure patient communication and follow-ups
- Assist with billing and insurance verification processes
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance in all digital interactions
