Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certification (CPC, CMA, or CCS) preferred
- Proficiency in Epic, NextGen, or similar EHR systems
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high-volume claims processing
- Attention to detail with error rate below 2%
