- Reconcile accounts receivable and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Generate monthly revenue cycle reports for leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience in a US healthcare setting
- Expertise in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
- Proficient with Epic, Athenahealth, or similar EHR platforms
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payer policies
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credential preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
