Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor and document vital signs accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning
- Collaborate with RNs on patient care plans
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests
- Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate approach to elderly/patient care
