Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive telehealth assessments and patient consultations via secure video platform
- Monitor patient vitals and medication adherence remotely using EHR systems
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for chronic disease management

- Document patient encounters accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license with minimum 2 years clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Experience with telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic or Cerner preferred)
