Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections with precision and care
- Process and transport specimens to laboratory facilities following strict protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and specimen documentation
- Ensure all equipment is sterilized and calibrated according to OSHA standards
- Provide patient education on collection procedures and post-care instructions

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a hospital or lab setting
- Valid CPR certification
- Proficiency in HIPAA compliance and electronic health records
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
