Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws accurately
- Process and label specimens following strict protocols
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NCCT, or equivalent)
- Texas Department of State Health Services registration
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong attention to detail and infection control knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
