Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs with precision
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Document care plans and maintain accurate medical records
- Implement specialized care plans for clients with dementia, Parkinson's, or post-surgical needs
- Foster meaningful companionship and emotional support
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience or CNA/HHA certification
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to client homes
- Background check and TB test clearance
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
