Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Document patient information accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care management
- Respond to emergency situations with critical thinking and clinical expertise
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
