Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in emergency/trauma settings
- Administer medications and treatment protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Respond to critical situations with rapid assessment
Qualifications
- Active MA RN license (required)
- BSN degree (ADN with experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication abilities
