Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and respond rapidly to emergency situations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance audits
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (or compact license with CA eligibility)
- ACLS/BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (new graduates welcome)
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Flexibility to work 8/12-hour shifts including weekends
