Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices and regulatory standards
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and monitor vital signs accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document clinical observations and interventions using our advanced EHR system
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge protocols
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Texas (compact license accepted)
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience (new grads encouraged to apply)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS/NRP for specialty units)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced clinical environments
