Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and monitor vital signs with precision.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation in compliance with JCAHO standards.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge protocols, and preventive care.
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism and rapid intervention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital committees.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio (compact license accepted).
- BSN degree required; MSN or BSN-to-MSN preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in a hospital setting.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
- Strong proficiency in Epic EHR systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
