Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality telehealth nursing assessments and patient consultations
- Coordinate patient care plans with multidisciplinary teams via secure digital platforms
- Monitor and interpret patient data using advanced telehealth monitoring systems
- Deliver patient education and health coaching remotely
- Document clinical encounters accurately in electronic health records (EHR)

Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS/BCLS certification (current)
