Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Document all care activities accurately and maintain confidential patient records
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health conditions and self-care
- Maintain strict adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact license with PA endorsement)
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality care
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
