Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units with compassion and precision
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with meticulous attention to detail
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety regulations at all times
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license (or compact license with intent to obtain WA license)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required; PALS preferred for critical care roles
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in a hospital setting
- BSN degree strongly preferred; ADN candidates with experience considered
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with complex cases
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
