Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across diverse medical units
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately in EMR systems
- Mentor junior staff and uphold infection control protocols
- Respond to critical situations using advanced assessment skills
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee (or compact state)
- BSN or associate degree with 2+ years clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced settings
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving patient needs
