Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical histories accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and patient needs during the night shift.
- Document patient care activities and updates in electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Washington.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
