Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in emergency, critical care, or medical-surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and condition changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Adhere to hospital protocols and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (required)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications (current)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
