Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care in emergency, medical-surgical, or ICU settings
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records (EHR)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for cohesive treatment plans
- Adhere to JCAHO, OSHA, and state nursing regulations
- Provide patient education on health conditions and discharge planning
- Triage incoming patients and prioritize urgent cases efficiently
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required; PALS preferred
- Graduation from accredited nursing program

- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts with flexible availability
