Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute/critical care settings with precision and compassion
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and clinical protocols
- Monitor patient vitals, document electronic health records (EHR) accurately, and respond to emergencies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and preventive care
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Florida RN license (or compact license with quick FL endorsement)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in acute care or specialty unit
- ACLS, BLS, and relevant specialty certifications (e.g., TNCC, PALS)
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice
