Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations across units

- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Mentor junior staff and uphold highest safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN license (required)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates considered)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
