Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute/critical care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients/families on health management plans
- Respond to emergencies with rapid clinical interventions
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and JCAHO standards
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license with unrestricted status
- BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (EPIC/Cerner)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling
