Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor patient health and response to care, documenting all vital signs and changes in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain strict adherence to healthcare regulations, HIPAA compliance, and facility policies.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
