Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precise documentation
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients/families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and HIPAA regulations

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Maryland (compact license accepted)
- BSN or associate degree with 2+ years clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; TNCC preferred
- Strong proficiency in electronic health records (Epic/Cerner)
- Experience with acute care or emergency medicine settings
