Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg units
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families during critical moments

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Oregon (compact license acceptable)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience in relevant specialty
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred for certain units)
- Proficiency in EHR systems (EPIC, Cerner, or Meditech experience)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competence
