Responsibilities
- Deliver Patient-Centered Care: Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established medical standards and protocols.
- Monitor Patient Health: Conduct thorough assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Administer Treatments: Execute prescribed medication regimens, wound care, and therapeutic procedures safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with Teams: Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient treatment plans.
- Emergency Response: Remain calm and act swiftly during medical emergencies to ensure patient safety and stability.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all hospital policies, safety regulations, and HIPAA compliance standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee.
- Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with patients and families of all backgrounds.
- Attention to Detail: Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical devices.
