Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings while adhering to evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and injections with precision and safety protocols
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions, medications, and discharge planning
- Participate in rapid response codes and emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and hospital safety standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in hospital setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required) and NIHSS certification (preferred)
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Exceptional communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic preferred)
