Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established clinical protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and administer prescribed medications
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Respond effectively to emergency situations
Qualifications
- Current Missouri RN license (or compact license)
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS certification; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
