Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care, telemetry, or ICU settings
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions per protocol
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and facility-specific standards
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
- Respond rapidly to emergency situations with clinical expertise
Qualifications
- Active California RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Proficiency in Epic or Cerner EMR systems
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts with flexible availability
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Valid TB/PPD test and COVID-19 vaccination record
