Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in fast-paced weekend settings
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless care coordination
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergent situations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Adhere to JCAHO and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio (compact license accepted)
- 2+ years acute care experience required
- BLS/ACLS certifications mandatory
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Valid Ohio driver's license for on-call rotations
