Responsibilities
- Delicate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Accurate monitoring and recording of vital signs and resident conditions
- Assistance with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
- Collaboration with healthcare team to implement care plans
- Medication administration per facility protocols
- Responding promptly to resident call lights and emergencies
- Maintaining clean and organized resident environments
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Compassionate demeanor with strong ethics
