Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Document care accurately and maintain resident records
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure resident needs are met
- Support a clean, safe environment following infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active New Mexico CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or senior living
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and occasional holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach with attention to detail
