Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Administer medications under supervision and accurately maintain medication records
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare teams to develop/update care plans
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent experience in home care or long-term facility
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical care tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
- Pass background check and drug screening
