Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate resident care documentation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Collaborate with healthcare team for resident care plans
Qualifications
- Active NM CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Sat/Sun)
