Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Document care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Support residents with meals and nutritional needs
- Maintain clean resident rooms and common areas
- Participate in resident activities and social engagement
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts (Fri-Sun/Sat-Sun)
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper technique
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
