Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to patients in home settings
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
- Administer medications under proper supervision
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Adhere to all HIPAA and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience preferred
- Valid CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Fresno
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts
