Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care progress
- Assist with therapeutic activities and promote patient independence
- Collaborate with nursing teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Administer medications under direct supervision as per facility guidelines

Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)

- Proficient in electronic health record documentation
