Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Respond to emergency situations with calm efficiency and critical thinking

Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact state license)
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience considered
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in relevant specialty
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
