Responsibilities
- Delightful patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation in EMR systems
- Collaborative communication with RNs and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintenance of sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Assistance with rehabilitative exercises and therapeutic activities
- Timely response to call lights and patient needs assessment
- Support for end-of-life care and family communication
Qualifications
- Current AZ CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification through AHA
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Proficiency in electronic medical records
- Passionate commitment to patient-centered care
- Availability for every weekend shift (Sat/Sun)
