Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) for elderly and disabled clients
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration per physician orders
- Transport patients to medical appointments using company vehicles
- Collaborate with RNs and care coordinators for personalized care plans
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and equipment
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience in home health or senior care
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable transportation with clean driving record
- Exceptional communication and empathy skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun) with weekday flexibility
