Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
- Document care accurately in resident charts and electronic health records
- Support meal service and ensure dietary requirements are met
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize resident outcomes
Qualifications
- Active North CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on CNA experience in long-term care
- Current CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
