Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care assistance to patients (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
- Support meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop/update care plans
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergencies
Qualifications
- Active WA State CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility with weekend shift scheduling (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Pass background check and drug screening
