Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs with precision using advanced hospital systems
- Assist with patient meals while accommodating specialized dietary requirements
- Collaborate with RNs and medical teams to implement care plans
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Complete accurate electronic health records documentation

Qualifications
- Active DC CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience required
- BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association
- Ability to work weekends and holidays consistently
- Proficient in electronic medical record systems (EPIC preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear criminal background check and drug screening required
