Responsibilities
- Perform accurate vital signs measurements and patient intake documentation
- Assist physicians with clinical procedures and examinations
- Administer injections and medications under provider supervision
- Maintain sterile exam rooms and inventory of medical supplies
- Coordinate patient flow and manage appointment schedules
- Process electronic health records (EHR) with precision
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA/RMA) required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in ambulatory setting
- BLS/CPR certification from recognized provider
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/NextGen preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to cover variable weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
