Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and monitoring throughout the weekend shift.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Assess patient conditions, document vital signs, and update medical records accurately.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
- Respond promptly to emergent situations and critical care needs.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred but not required).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
