Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care across diverse patient populations in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining strict documentation standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
- Mentor new staff and uphold evidence-based practice protocols
- Participate in weekend shift rotations and on-call coverage as needed
Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in med-surg, ICU, or ER
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 7a-7p)
