Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs with precision using electronic health records
- Assist nurses with patient mobility and transfer procedures
- Ensure patient rooms maintain strict hygiene and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Support patient education on care plans and discharge instructions
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in electronic medical documentation systems
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
