Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Lead emergency response protocols and critical care interventions

Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN degree strongly preferred (ADN candidates with 5+ years experience considered)
- Proven proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend shift environment
- Spanish bilingualism highly desirable
