Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations during weekend shifts
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
- Document clinical observations and care actions accurately in electronic health records
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and treatment plans
- Participate in weekend shift handoffs to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Current Arizona RN license (unrestricted)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced weekend environments
- Experience with Epic EHR system preferred
